*Grungy Autumnal Eyeshadow Look/ Review & First Impressions of Younique Moonstruck Eyeshadow palette! ♡

Good morning everyone! ♡

I hope you are all doing really well and good on this autumnal Saturday morning! Today’s post is another extra one, I hope you are all enjoying the extra ones by the way and it is a review and first impressions of the Younique Moonstruck eyeshadow quad palette. I created a very grungy eyeshadow look with the shades I picked out which I don’t normally do so if you would like to see that carry on reading!

*These products were kindly sent to me for review and I only ever give my honest opinions I would never tell you I liked something if I actually didn’t, for the full disclaimer go to the disclaimer section on my menu.

So a bit of background about Younique as a brand, they create all natural, and as scientifically possible makeup and skincare products. They have representatives and people who work for them from home where they test out all the makeup and run like mini shops and advertise the products.  The products are all mineral based and cruelty free aswell which is amazing! All their products are of very high quality and all natural which makes it even better! I also did get contacted by one of their representatives who is so lovely.

I chose their Moonstruck Pressed Shadow quad palette and this is basically a palette where you can choose 4 shadow pans from their range to put in your palette and they are all magnetic so you can swap and move them around and when they are finished take them out. She also sent me some foundation samples and a sample of the eyeshadow primer. When I opened my package everything was packaged so lovely in a cute purple draw string bag which had mini little butterfly sequins in!

I chose the shades Fervent which is a matte burgundy, Credulous which is metallic vintage purple, Manipulative which is a metallic copper and Marvelous which is a matte dark brown. I am very happy with my shades choices, perfect autumnal ones and they are very different ones to what I would normally go for. As you can see from the swatches below on my hand, the eyeshadows are some of the most pigmented shadows I have ever come across, I was so super impressed at how creamy and gorgeous they were and I am so happy to have them in my collection!

Moving on to the actual eyeshadow look. I started off with the eyeshadow primer which I really enjoyed using. It gave a lovely even base over my eye and was so creamy and easy to blend, I then set it with some powder. I used the shade Marvelous the matte brown in my crease and blended it out with a fluffy brush, I then used the shade Credulous which is the shimmery purple all over my lid with a smaller detailer kind of brush. I took the shade Fervent which is the burgundy shade actually in my actual crease line and i blended it  out into my outer corner. Then lastly I used the shade Manipulative in my inner corner and the purple and the copper kid of reminded me of a volcano with purple lava and flames, I don’t know why! I really love this look and I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but I am digging the grungy vibes!

Also if anyone reading this is interetsed in becoming a representative here are some details for who you can get in contact with!
